Simple and beautiful, these extra tiny 5/16" sterling hoops are a wardrobe staple! This version of these hoops is hammered for a bolder "face" of the hoop.

They stay put surprisingly well and are very comfortable, but are easy to take on and off (though at this size, they are not as easy as the larger sizes!). I used to fumble with the clasps on small hoops, but no clasp is required with these hoops - you simply insert the earring from the back of your ear, and pull it through until the loop stops at your ear. It looks like a full hoop, but is much, much easier to wear. This 1/2" size also makes a great basic hoop for a 2nd piercing.

I make these with 20ga. hammered wire, which is a better fit for the majority of people. 19ga (thicker) or 21ga (thinner) is available upon request for no extra charge, however be aware that the hammering does make the earring effectively a little wider around than you might expect from the stated gauge.

Note that fine silver is offered, but is VERY soft in this style, so it will need to be treated VERY gently to retain it's shape.

Options:
• 7mm (about 5/16") is the default size, however any diameter (inside) from 5mm to 9mm is available with this listing - just request it in the notes to seller at checkout.
• Sterling silver is the default; you can request either Argentium silver or Fine silver for no extra charge - see notes below!
• Note that Sterling Silver will tarnish; Argentium and Fine silver are tarnish-resistant (though not tarnish-proof).
• Note that Fine silver will stay MUCH softer than the others, and is not available in 19ga or 21ga.
• 20ga is standard, but 19ga (thicker), or 21ga (thinner) is available upon request.
• Satin or Matte finish is available upon request.
