Payment option showing primary paypal email instead of secondary

Hi, I’m new.

setting up my booth and trying to do paypal

I’m trying to get my payment method to use paypal but when it shows what I’ve selected, it shows my primary email for paypal instead of secondary I intend to use for Bonanza. How to fix? Or does it just automatically show the primary? maybe I did something wrong lol.

It may not even matter, but my thought is when people see their bill, I want them to see the paypal email id that corresponds with their purchase. Make sense?

to set the email for paypal

Booth Setting
Payments and Purchases (tab)
First option
Select Paypal

There should be a box that says

PayPay
your email address
Change account

select change account and enter the PayPal address you are using for PayPal

Even though I use a different email for my account settings (since I have 3 different booths) than my paypal email (which is same for all three), my buyer will see the paypal email when they make the purchase (get their notification from paypal), and they will see the account email (for that booth) when they wish to contact me.

Even though the secondary emails are set in paypal, the primary is the one that always shows for transactions

If you wish them to see the same email for both, you will have to use the same email.

Thanks for the answer. Let me ask, If I make the secondary email I want to use my primary email at paypal, will that achieve what I want here at Bonanza? For the billing to show the email I want used for the customers here? thx

as long as both emails are the same then they will show as the same… I have on booth that uses my primary email (which is also my primary email at paypal) while the other 2 use a secondary email…but it really does not make that much difference. In 10 years there has never been an issue

Here is some information we believe will help,
You can set up or PayPal as an option for receiving payments from buyers in your booth settings.
Point your mouse over the “Selling” link in the upper left-hand corner of any page, then select “Booth settings” from the drop-down.
Click on the “Payments & purchases” tab, then click the blue “Connect account” button to log into your PayPal account and connect with your Bonanza booth for receiving payments.
Buyers will then be able to submit payments directly to your PayPal account when completing checkout.
