some products on my booths no longer available in my Shopify store but can still see them listed on my booths

Open the listing..
Click on Reserve link underneath the title
or
Batch Edit
Filter for items
Select the items
At top under Set Status drop down menu choose Reserved
Apply Changes
and for good measure go back to Add/Edit and click on Update booth
Reverse process in Batch edit to put them back online..
You can also set quantity to zero on the batch edit menu once you filter (search for the items)
