It appears that you were charged $25 for your Oct. Fees. The other fees are Final Value Fees for November that were collected for items you have sold from your Booth.

I was charged twice for the same sale. I already called my bank and submitted a claim. What is Bonanze trying to do? Is Bonanza a scam? I have a snapshot of the charges and wish we could upload files. 01/24/24 3556592 Shipping label assessment fees Credit or debit card REF #r11ax77e $2.00 01/24/

I see that you are not a subscribing member, so the $25 charge was not for a membership plan. However, it could have been payment for activating TurboTraffic (or perhaps a Bonanza Webstore). Based on the prices of the item(s) you sell, the $15.48 fee may have been the FVF commission on the sale.

Of course, I’m just speculating. Contact [email protected] for the actual answer to your question.
