Paid via paypal through bank account refund wanted

I bought several items from a seller who never sent the items.
I paid via PayPal, but used my bank account instead of the PP balance.
I need to know how to get my money back. I tried going through paypal but don’t see the transaction to dispute.
I tried contacting the seller, but I’m getting no response.

Thank you for any info you can give.

If you paid with Paypal and used a bank account added to Paypal, the transaction should be there. Ask Paypal why it’s not. Did you log into Paypal and select which added bank account to pay? Or did Paypal process your CC payment as a guest account?

I would also file a claim with your bank. Had this happen to me on another platform and using a credit card. PayPal was no help, but after proving I had contacted PayPal, my Credit card co took care of the problem

Paypal is very good when it comes to claims, if you did pay thru them it will show in your activity, just check the day you paid, also if you did it thru your checking account your bank statement would also reflect it and you can reference it from there.

PayPal is a solid if you where wronged they will make it right, honestly the number 1 choice for me.
I would say the site owner not being part of the solution on a seller buyer issue contributes to lower number of items sold.
