Making an offer

It says on Help that it appears on checkout but I can’t see the link for it. How do I make an offer?

I’m confused because someone made an offer at the full price. I don’t understand how that happened so I tried to do it myself but I can’t find the option to do it.

Offers here are all inclusive INCLUDING SHIPPING but it is usually not clear and if they made a full price offer, they are looking for perhaps you to ship it free. One of the reasons I dont do offers here. Good Luck

I have free shipping on so it’s really confusing how it happened.

The reason why I posted here is because I do not see the part where it says “make an offer” as stated on the article. I’ve tested on items that have OBO on and I’m only seeing the link to sign to paypal and pay.

Wanda..there appears to be no link..that I could find yesterday

Not everyone has their booth set up for offers, so there may not be a link for that on some items,

Normally, if OBO is set up for a booth but offers are still coming, this usually means someone is trying to buy an item that the booth does not have shipping set up for the buyer’s location (usually international).

Another reason is that the buyer entered the zip code wrong (typing error) or some other information of the buyer’s address kicked it out.

IN both cases the offer is made so that you can investigate (contact buyer or decide to ship internationally).

I have turned off offers on my booth recently due to the system being a bit glitchy lately and I too have been getting offers at the full price (meaning with the shipping costs) even with it off and no apparent error in the shipping address

With all these complications and problems that people confront when trying to buy something here, it’s really no wonder we don’t have any buyers! People get aggravated and go elsewhere!

I have international off and 0 shipping on mine. This is what I’m seeing – an offer at full price. I was confused as to how that would happen so I tried to do an offer for myself at someone else’s booth but found that I can’t even make an offer at all.

I checked yesterday at different booths also and the “Make an Offer” was not there

Miraworks I don’t know if it makes you feel better but I’ve been here 12+ yrs and tried many times to find that mystery link. Never been able to make an offer. It’s Bonanza’s Bigfoot – only some people see it, others hear it’s there… ;)
