You may like it for your perfectly legitimate reason but we are trying to GUIDE YOU that Google does NOT.

Hello
Welcome to the Bonanza Community!

Here is information from our Help pages that may help.
This is found in our “Tips and Tricks for Writing the Perfect Item Title”

“Use all capital letters in your item title. This can give your item titles an aggressive and overbearing impression. Typing in all caps screams “LOOK AT ME,” which can often have the opposite effect. In addition, Google Shopping does not allow items with titles in all caps."

For most people, all caps is harder (and slower) to read than lower case with proper capitalization. Google’s playground, Google’s rules.

All Caps is considered SHOUTING and peeps dont want to be shouted at. And also, like Tom said, it is Google that will punish you the most for using All Caps (and we all know Google has HEVER made a mistake ever ever ever) said in sarcasm

Well its not shouting unless you are writing to someone BUT in advertising it does make the item STAND OUT… just like those two words did.

A few words maybe but not the WHOLE Thing. We are just trying to guide you but if you wont listen, then you will have issues with Google. They make the rules, NOT us and you really do need Google if you are going to sell here (Unfortunately).

It appears as larger text size making it easier to see, but it is still harder to read. Look at the [URL removed] I don’t like to squint my eyes trying to see somthing for sale. I can see CAPS perfectly. Why are so many and google against it? It’s so much easier to read!

I might also add that perhaps like my listings, copy the Desc into a word doc and use the HTML features to make words a bigger font or BOLD or put some color in the words to make them stand out. Then copy/ paste into Bonz description here. o

I’d recommend learning how to use your computing devices, better. One can magnify text on screen (even set the default text size), or adjust your monitors screen resolution; all of which will have the desired outcome for you… and us by extension.

Frankly, Google doesn’t care about your feelings. And, when people drone on and on about an issue they’re having, others around them care less and less, the more said person prattles on.

My guess is, Google prefers that all the titles look alike so there is equal attention paid to each. They know that ALL CAPS STAND OUT. Won’t allow anyONE to have an ADVANTAGE over the others! Although they might start charging EXTRA FOR ALL CAPS in the future! LOL

I agree all caps isn’t considered “yelling” in print advertising. It’s an effective tool in advertising, quite popular and widely used by all.

I personally used to like using all caps way back when except Google decided they did not want them and I had to conform.
