All our jewelry designs are made / hand crafted by utilizing high quality sterling silver / yellow gold as base material, cubic zirconia, swarovski crystal, semi precious stones, lab created pearl, and every pieces will be stamped with 925, which means 92.5% of the material are sterling silver.
We love all the designs and pieces that we have created and we would love to share it all with you. We encourage you to browse through our sections and we’re sure that you’ll find the designs that you want. You can bookmark or subscribe to our site and we’ll keep you update with our new arrival items.
Shipping policy
All items will be packed and shipped with a lovely gift box. They’ll be wrapped with additional bubble wrap for additional protection and will be shipped securely with bubble envelopes with Pos Registered Air Mail.
Insurance are not included in the shipping cost charged. If you would like to add insurance, please contact us first to add additional shipping cost.
We usually ship out the parcel immediately including Saturday or Sunday once your jewelry pieces are ready. We do not ship on public holidays only.
Estimated Delivery Time is 10 – 14 business days. Sometimes, it might take up to 14 – 21 days due to custom clearance & location. Please note that Delivery Time does not include the handling time to make the jewelry. Handling time require 5 – 7 business days or 10 – 13 business days for peak season.
If you need the items urgently and would like us to ship via Express Services like FEDEX or DHL, please contact us for additional express shipping charges.
We ship worldwide except Israel.

Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysWe give full refund in 7 – 10 days after item received.
We give full refund or exchange for all goods that lost during shipment. We’ll investigate the case in detail with our courier.
Our items are with high quality and if at any point that you does not like the jewelry pieces, does not meet your standard or whatever reason, you can ship the item back to us for a full refund with no question ask. You need to pay the shipping cost shipping item back to us for this case. Anyway, we’re sure you going to love the item that you have purchased.
