Why are “commercial” products a better value for the home chef? Why in the world would you put products that are designed for restaurant kitchens in your home?!

By definition, commercial products are designed to be used in a production environment 8 hours a day, all week long. So when you use it a few hours a week just think of the performance and longevity you will get – that is where the real value of these professional products lies.

In most cases when you purchase the regular, home-oriented products, especially those with Celebrity Chef endorsements, you are paying a premium for the name, and getting an inferior product.

Please note that certain products are free shipping. Free USPS Shipping is only available for the Continental US.

We ship worldwide based on total weight of package. Please see listing.

Please note that all expedited shipping times start counting the next business day after you placed an order unless notified of back-ordered products or out-of-stock, In such cases, we will contact you immediately to let you know of the estimated time of arrival for your package. Delivery Time

We’re dedicated to getting your order to you as fast as possible, so our warehouse strives to have orders processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., EST). Most products ship from one of our warehouses across the U.S. However, some items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer, in which case the delivery times may vary. Common carrier deliveries range from 1 to 10 days for delivery, depending on your proximity to the shipping origin. Ground shipping can take anywhere from one to seven businees days. All delivery times are estimates and based on product availability.

We’ll keep this short:

We are authorized distributors for all of the products that we sell. We will issue a full refund within 30 days if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way. Unless otherwise stated all products carry a limited guarantee based on each vendor.

All regularly stocked items, with the exception of consumable products, may be returned to us if the item is unused and in all the original manufacturer’s packaging. In order for returns to be accepted, your items must be returned within 30 days from receipt of your order. Please contact us prior to any returns for instructions.

Special orders will be charged a 20% deposit at time of order, balance to be charged upon shipment. Deposit is fully refundable upon order cancellation.
