We usually ship Worldwide via USPS after cleared payment which includes Alaska, Hawaii,Puerto Rico, PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO and other U.S. protectorates. International shipping is on Expedited services (Priority International) which normally takes 8-14 business days.Express Mailing service is also available upon your selection at checkout. Since most of our items are Beauty and Health related and due to Federal Regulations, we do not resell any returned items.Hence,all sales are final unless an error is made sending an incorrect item which is very rare with us as we take time in processing each and every order.Thus,please research and know first hand all and any information regarding the product you are looking for prior to making a purchase as no dispute would be entertained thereafter. For any returns, we require pre-authorization before an item is returned to us which must be made within 7 days after the buyer receives it.Return shipping is non-refundable as that is the buyer’s sole responsibility.Only the cost of the item is refunded minus a 30% restocking fee.Shipping and Handling are not refundable unless a wrong item was sent.Any refund is given as money back. If by any means an incorrect item is received, please contact us without delay prior to returning the item.Once an item arrives back to us in the same condition in which it was received, and we verify that a mistake was made in shipping an incorrect item,we would refund the purchase price and shipping cost to you as money back. We do not have any control over the postal system once an item is mailed and therefore not liable for any postal error, damages, lost items etc as all items are well packed, sealed and shipped with a tracking number. We do not cover any custom charges or duties and/or any other additional charges for all international or overseas orders.

Miscellaneous details

Our return policy is as follows:
Item must be received in good condition and in exact shipping box/envelope that was used. Any condition less or other than that would result in no refund to the buyer.
The tracking number must be provided for any return package.
A refund shall be issued upon receipt of the item after two to three business days of processing.
