I love candles and the memories associates but I discovered that the market is full of toxic and poor smell candles. In 2019 I decided to share my experience and passion with you and transformed my private hobby in a commercial activity. I make my own products focus in quality, non toxic and environmentally friendly conditions, and offer this option to the candles lovers. Making my candles to offer what you deserve, thinking of you and your family.
I continue growing and expand my products catalog with Reed Diffuser Sets, Wax Melts and Room Sprays.

SHIPPING + HANDLING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES:

Our Handling time is 1 to 2 business days. The estimate shipping time for FREE ECONOMIC SHIPPING option is 1 to 5 days.

If faster shipping is needed, please select faster shipping method available. Do not select Free Economic Shipping.

Shipping time is in accordance to each service provider. Items are shipped through USPS, UPS or FedEx. Tracking information is provided once shipped.

Please note the shipping times are estimated, and item weight and dimensions are not guaranteed by rosbas, LLC.

As items are shipped by USPS, FedEX or UPS. rosbas, LLC is not liable for items damaged in transit but we do have a satisfaction guarantee policy. If an item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] with your order number, description, and photos of both, damaged package and product, and we will provide a replacement, credit or refund. You should return the product to us to get the replacement, credit or refund.

Please ensure at checkout that the shipping address provided is correct. Once the order has been shipped, address cannot be changed. If items are returned to us due incorrect address, shipping will need to be re-paid by the buyer in order for your items to send back out to the correct address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES:

We do not provide international shipping, only domestic shipping is available.

The products are not packaged to be export. In case they are export to other countries, payment of taxes, import permits and any legal matters are sole responsibility of the buyer or importer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES:

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there are any problems, please contact us within 15 days of delivery for your choice of a refund or replacement. If an item should arrive damaged we must be notified as soon as the item arrives up to 24 hours upon arrivals so you can be sent a new item or issue a refund. Please submit photos showing the damage as well as your order number to: [email protected]. You should return the product to us to get the replacement, credit or refund.

OFFICE HOURS:

Our shop and shipping department is open 9-5pm EST, Monday to Friday (excluding US holidays) and most items are typically processed in 1 business day then shipped by your method of choice.

All designs, pictures and logo used and sold by rosbas, LLC, are copyrighted and may not be copied, altered, or resold (other than wholesale orders). The copyrights mentioned above remains with rosbas, LLC, and do not transfer with the purchase. Please note that color may differ from a computer screen versus a final printed product.
