Shipping policy
We use regular airmail to send our items. This service from our Hong Kong Post does not have tracking numbers.
Our items are not expensive and also light weight. For example a keyring weighs only 30+ grams. Airmail is the most economical way for despatching. So far this postal service is very reliable.
If you want to use other service of our Hong Kong Post that has tracking numbers, please indicate so. I will tell you how much additional you need to pay.
If after a reasonable period of transit time, your items bought still have not arrived, write to us. We will either arrange refund or replacement.
Return policy
Replacement product available within 90 days1. Buyers pay for the postage for returning the items
2. If an item sent is defective, we will send replacement as soon as the buyer can send us a few pictures showing its defects.

Our NICI brand items are 100% genuine and authentic. We purchases direct from NICI Asia and retail them to you. Each has its NICI tags and the producer’s information. They are not knockoffs.
