Inventory issues – we do our best with over 20,000 items, to keep inventory current and accurate. IN THE EVENT we cannot locate your item, we offer you a refund OR double your money paid in store credit. So if you spend $100 and we can’t find that item, you then get either your money back, or $200 in future shopping credits. WOW! WHO DOES THAT?!?!? Elf Works Lane, that’s who.

Shipping policy
We cite a 4 day to ship, but please know we do everything in our power to ship your item as quickly as possible. Our queues grow large at the holidays, if you have an emergency, email or send us a text to tell us to jump your item to the top of the queue! Otherwise, it’s first in first out!

In general we don’t commit to shipping before 3 days, and that’s only because there are times when our queue grows so large, and runs like a runaway Polar Express Train! But we do strive to get packages out the door same day you purchase, whenever possible. The elves do have to sleep sometime, contrary to popular belief. All those cookies and sugary drinks are terrible for sustaining peak workshop production. So we try to go with more green superfood smoothies and get a good night’s rest these days. We’re happy to help if you have an emergency.
