Shipping policy
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the continental 48 U.S. States only! Alaska, Hawaii, US , APO/FPO/PO Box will charge additional shipping cost. Orders with clear payment will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. We ship via UPS, FedEx, FedEx Smartpost and USPS based on the destination. Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped.
Please provide a physical street address if possible. Many items cannot be shipped to PO Box address. Order maybe delayed if a physcial address is not provided.
Expedited shipping is available for most items and we will contact you within 24 hours if an item cannot be expedited.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
International Buyers:
International Buyers are responsible for import duties taxes and charges. These are not included in the price or shipping/handing. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine the cost before purchase/buying. Shipping and handing are non-refundable.
