Shipping policy
Items in stock will be shipped within 3 business days . Items from our warehouses will be shipped within 3-7 business days or as soon as processed what happens first.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysThe full refund applies to unopened items in original packaging just as received by buyer. Partial refunds will be issued if items such as computers or electronic equipments are returned opened and only after our team has verified the item and approved the return. The return will be paid by seller in most cases.
Miscellaneous details
Always allow 5-7 business days for processing of order after payment is received. Due to the large selection of products sold by our company we do not have the physical space to keep it all on hand in our main storefront. For this reason, we utilize a warehouse to keep our other products handy. Items are transferred over on mass to our store where they are unloaded and inspected before being packed into their respective orders. This process can take up to 10 business days. In extreme cases where airsoft parts or guns are included in an order being transferred from our U.S. warehouses and subject to a random CBSA inspection, please allow for a term of up to 20 business days before an order is shipped.
