Shipping policy
We ship Monday – Friday. Orders placed during the day typically will ship out the next morning. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday typically ship out Monday.
Vinyl ships in standard record mailers with 2-3 cardboard stiffeners for extra support and protection. Typical shipping method is USPS Media Mail (which can take 1-2 weeks). If you would like Priority Mail instead please contact us before making a purchase and we will add that option to the listing.
Return policy
None: All purchases finalNote: Paypal no longer refunds transaction processing fees it charges sellers. Orders cancelled or returned not due to our error will be refunded less these processing fees.
Returns are examined on a case by case basis. If we offer you the option to return an item (not due to any fault of our own) a 20% restocking fee will be applied. The item MUST be returned in the same condition.
All sealed vinyl we sell is out of print and we cannot make any guarantees as to the pressing quality or possibility of surface warping. This is a risk you as the buyer takes, sealed records that have been opened typically will not be allowed to be returned, if an exception is made a 50% restocking fee will be applicable as simply opening an out of print album decreases it’s original value.
