Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all our items within 3 working days but can take longer during busy times like Christmas holidays. International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks for arrival during rush season. All items are sent via standard airmail without tracking number if you require priority shipping with tracking number we would recommend to choose International signed for Delivery or Recorded delivery during checkout. Contact us soon after payment if you want to upgrade standard postage to priority tracked which is highly recommended for peace of mind thanks
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsYour item will be in perfect working order upon arrival. If you experience any problem regarding your purchase, please contact immediately. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty buyer should contact within 5 working days and defective item dispatched back to the seller. If item is unwanted returns should be completed within 14 days of receipt in original packing and condition after which refund will be issued minus any postage fees incurred in shipping products to the buyer. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
