Shipping policy
We use USPS to ship most orders but sometimes will use another carrier and will let you know if we do so. You will receive an email as soon as your order ships with tracking information. The time it takes to process and ship your order varies, but should receive order in 5-10 business days, and in rare cases it could take approximately 2-3 weeks. Please allow sufficient time to process your order before it will be sent.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsWe do accept returns and exchanges for another items. However there are some exceptions, some items the sales are final and will be specified as such in their item description. But will exchange if the following occurs:
-Merchandise arrives defective or in the wrong style, model, color,or fabric.
Must be returned in original package with all paperwork. And I must be notified within 24hrs from delivery so I can quickly process your exchange with my vendor.
Items must be accompanied by a receipt and be made within 10 days of receiving the order.
Exchanges/Returns will not be accepted if:
- The item has obviously been worn
- The item smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors
- Stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes are visible
- Alterations or modifications of any kind have been made
- Price tags have been removed, altered or damaged
- Other tags have been removed, altered or damaged
No shipping costs will be refunded for returns/exchanges. Additionally, if you are exchanging an item, you will be charged for shipping the replacement item.
Please write your order number on the box, and include a written description of the exchange.
