Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Shipping policy
We accept all returns within 14 days of receiving the item(s) as long as the tags are still attached, the item is unworn/unused, and it is still in it’s original packaging.
If you receive the wrong item, the item is received damaged, or there is a quality issue and you wish to exchange it for the correct item: Replacement items will be sent to you, free of charge, once the returned item is received to our office unused, in original packaging, and with tags still attached. Please note: We will only replace an item for the same item in the same color and size, subject to availability.
Returns / Refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:
• The item is used
• The item is damaged
• The item is not returned within 14 days of receiving the item
All sale items and free gifts are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. We do not provide free return shipping. When shipping an item back to us for your refund, please use a reliable carrier to ensure your item is not lost in transit. In the event that it is lost and not returned to our office, we will not issue a refund for the item. All goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.
