Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us here at Bonanza! We hand make every item to order, so please allow approximately 10 to 14 business days for most items before we ship. We ship priority mail on almost off of our pieces 24" and under the rest will ship UPS. Larger ticket items may take a few extra days to create for you. Thanks again and don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Please note: As a seller we reserve the right to change the method of shipping from as stated. In other words if we believe a piece will ship safer through UPS and it states it will ship USPS we will ship UPS. Shipping is approximate…we do our very best to give you the closest estimate of time, but there is no guarantee.
If you are unhappy with your purchase we do have a 30 day return policy and if the piece just doesn’t work shipping is paid for by the buyer.
