Our prices are lower than our competitors and the big chain stores, and since you are ordering a custom, handmade gown, there are no expensive alterations on top of the price of the dress. Shipping policy
Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses and tuxedos/dress suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. We treat each dress with special care and dedication. Approximately, It will take 18-25 days for you to receive the dress after order confirmation. We can only promise the above time period, not an exact date, thank you for your understanding.

Total delivery time is composed of three parts.
Part 1: Order Confirmation: 1 days
This is the time that we confirm the order details (including the product information, shipping address and payment details). So please read carefully about the instructions before you place your order to make sure you have input the correct information in full so that we could process your order instantly.
Part 2: Dress-Making Time: 12-15 days*
This is the time to tailor your dress by our professional dressmakers based on the size and fabric information you provide in your order.
Part 3: Shipping Time: 5-10 days
This is the time that it takes for the dresses to be shipping by the couriers to your address, in most cases it will take approximately 5-10 days.
Totally it will take approximately 18-25 days for you to get the dresses you ordered after you place your order.
Please choose “Rush Delivery” if you want to receive your dress within 10-17 days.
How is the dress shipped?
Your finished dress will be sent in a box, inside-out (to protect the beading), well wrapped in a plastic bag to protect it from water and dirt. The package will be dropped at your front door!
We try our best to provide you the most reliable of shipping service. But sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the local customs and post service. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

Economy – within 45 days
The tailoring period: 12-15 days, express time 8-17 days
Standard – within 35 days
The tailoring period: 12-15 days, express time 6-11 days
Expedited – within 25 days
The tailoring period: 12-15 days, express time 3-5 days
A.The dress should be finished in 10-25 days. During a special holiday like National Holiday, the shipping time will be a little longer.
B.The shipping time is based on shipping method. It will take 3-4 working days
for UPS, DHL, FEDEX, 7-10 working days for EMS, TNT.
C.Free shipping refers to DHL and Fedex
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsWe accept the return dress on special conditions.
We do NOT accept any return or exchange without rational reasons. Returns must be arranged within 5 days. We will offer refund only of products which are defected, or sent by mistake.
We can’t accept returns on following condition:
a. Special Orders – dresses and other items made or ordered specifically for you according to the style (custom design), custom color (not picture color) and personal size (custom size) you required.
b. Specialty Items – dresses and other items on Sale or Price Reduced & Non-stock.
c. Wrong Size & Wrong Color & Wrong Style & Unsatisfied Style ordered by yourself – We have no control and accept no responsibility for the size/ color /style you select for your merchandise.
If you don’t like the size, color or quality of the dress you received, you may return it according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Please refer to Return & Exchange Policy for the detail attentions and steps to return your dress if needed. If you don’t like the style of the dress received, we are afraid that we have no control and responsibility over your personal taste to the style after you received the dress. Please DO choose the right style you want before ordering.
Before ordering, we advise you to go to your local dress shop to try some styles and find one style perfectly fit for your figure. Then choose the same or similar style shown on our website. These suggestions will help you to choose your favorite style suitable for your own figure feature.
Submit a return request within 5 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.
Once approved, we will provide you with return address as well as a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return. Please send the item(s) and provide tracking number to us within 7 business days once you have received the form.
Once received , your return will be processed within 24 hours, then you will receive your money back within 20 days, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.
NOTE: All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.

The price doesn’t include any customs tax, if there is tax,it should be afforded by the buyer.
Any dress can be custom made in your own measurements and in the colors from the color chart.Slight color difference might exist,we can not guarantee the real dress color will be exactly same as the pictures online. And we don’t accept the compliant of color difference.
