We offer an extensive assortment of holiday merchandise, as well as items carried throughout the year suitable for giving as gifts.

Shipping policy

All items are shipped within 2-3 business days and a tracking number will be provided. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all items and the items may be shipped: USPS, UPS or FEDEX depending on weight and size. We ship to the United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico).

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

Unopened items may be returned to us for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to return/refund any shipping and handling charges.

If you have any questions or issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve your issue. We aim for five star service and want you to be happy – period. If the item(s) is damaged in transit or DOA, an exchange will be made or refund issued. We also offer a money-back guarantee on products returned within 14 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be paid by the customer, with tracking number and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

BEDDING: Health department regulations do not permit us to accept laundered or used bedding including: sheets, comforters, duvets, mattress pads, pillowcases, pillows, etc. If your order contains bed sheets or a duvet cover set, these are only returnable if they have not been unfolded. Orders with Bed Sheets or Duvet Cover Sets that have been unfolded, used, or washed are not returnable.
