After my Post Graduation-MBA Marketing, I was offered a placement in eBay- jewelry category. Being an Account manager for almost an year, gradually I started growing interest in the Jewelry Industry and hence one fine day I started sketching jewelry designs with my own ideas and concepts .
Finally when I started selling my manual designs to some local manufacturing workshops, they said you must try for Jewelry export industry as the designs I created were of such taste and that was the beginning of me entering the Jewelry market.
Soon I resigned ebay and joined a Diploma Professional Jewellery Manufacturing Technique course wherein I learnt about “How a Jewelry article is made completely ” including practical knowledge of jewelry designing ,hand filing, hand diamond setting, hand polishing , electroplating process, knowledge about gemstones and natural diamonds which took almost 10 months of my life which helped me to understand the Jewelry making process in depth.
After Diploma of Achievement certificate, soon I started my own manufacturing unit locally with 2 employees. In the beginning, we struggled a lot to receive orders hence we created some sample designs and did marketing in the local. Soon we started receiving orders because of the unique design creation and high finished quality of the work which was equivalent to Export level-this is what our customers said. Within few months time, now we are a total of 6 members in our team who runs the manufacturing unit.
Now with 4 years of experience & extensive progress in the jewelry industry, me and my team thought to introduce our very own hand crafted work to Bonanza and so here we are.
