We reserve the right to refuse returns for any reason other than those stated above.
All other returns are handled on a case by case basis. You will receive a purchase price refund less original ship fees. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer in these cases.
Lingerie & Swimsuits are NOT returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.
Miscellaneous details
Combined shipping on most items that we charge shipping for is the highest single item price plus $1 for each additional item when paid for on ONE invoice.
We are always willing to ship International even though items may not offer this service. Please contact us for rates. We do not ship to Italy, Mexico and Central America Latin countries due to higher than normal loss rates in these regions.
We do offer priority and global priority service on request. This is an optional paid service and does not qualify for our free U.S. ship offer. All customers are charged actual USPS rates for this service.
