Hi My name is Cindy and I create everything in my shop. Being a professional seamstress by trade has enabled me to blend my sewing skills with creativity and love for the doll making process. Although now I work on mostly fashion dolls, such as monster high and Barbie, Over the years I have made numerous quilts, wall hangings, pillow, toys, designed cloth dolls, and even fairy houses. In 1995 I customized my first fashion doll, and have been doing it ever since. I am new to BONANZA but am well known and have a good reputation on another site. Shipping policy

We ship USPS within 1-2 business days. Every order will have a tracking confirmation to ensure your package gets to you safely. Normally we ship first class , to save customers on shipping costs, and we have found shipping that way pretty fast and trustworthy. we always combine shipping for you. More than one doll, will ship priority. Shipping time can vary upon location. In the winter months from December thru March, occasionally we may have a day or so delay due to weather. Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

I will except a return if absolutely necessary. Buyer to return item right away, in the same condition . And I can refund. But this has never happened, because most people like my items.
