Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Currently as Bonanza is a new venue for us, we will only be shipping within the United States. All orders come with fast and free shipping. We every order safely so trust you will receive your item exactly as listed.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Returns accepted only on damaged merchandise or items that were not listed accurately – including condition of item and/or function. Buyer pays return shipping in those cases and purchases tracking for returned package. While we have a 30 day return policy and damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. If a return is requested after 14 days a 25% restocking fee may be applied on top of the 10% restocking fee. Please contact us with any issues with delivery and we will do our best to sort it out for you. Buyer will have to provide proof of damages with photos of damaged merchandise and packaging and packaging contents. All orders do include shipping insurance. If any damage ever occurs from shipping, buyer can open a usps insurance claim. We do pack very well to avoid damages during delivery. Any refunds will be issued after the exact item is returned and inspected. If a refund is issued, it will only be for the purchase price of the item and will not include original shipping cost. Original shipping cost cannot be included as a refund. In some cases if inspection finds tampering with item and or condition, no refund will be given. At that point if the item was returned, buyer will have to pay additional shipping back to their location. We do ask for clear photos of any issues, damages, or misrepresentation for any items sold along with photos of how it was packaged and damages to packaging. We ask for this to make a proper determination if a return is acceptable. Any items listed as used will include any defects in description. Minor scratches and minor scuffs in ‘used’ items or merchandise not listed as ‘new’ may not be listed in an items description. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, which will be removed from the total purchase price (including shipping) prior to the refund being issued. We do not offer refunds for buyers remorse, a buyer who changed their mind after paying for the item. If you purchased an item and paid for it we will have your order out to you by the next day not including weekends.
