1) Bought It Now will exchange the same or similar unit at no cost to customer and customer will ship back the defective unit to Bought It Now.
2) Customer may pick any other item(s) in Bought It Now’s existing booth and receive a 20% discount off the posted sale price in exchange for the defective item.
