Shipping policy

Kindly note that all items are shipped from Hong Kong. FREE SHIPPING on all items!!
Thank you for your purchase at BlackTemptaiton. Please note that, your orders will be shipped directly from our warehouse located in Hong Kong. To offer free shipping, we use the Post Air Mail service to ship your orders. Normally packages will take about 7~14 days to deliver for most US, Canada, Europe continental addresses. If you didn’t receive the packages after 3 weeks, it means that the package probably gets lost during transit or is under inspection at the Custom. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any problems or questions, we will try our best to get it resolved soon.
In addition, international packages might be delayed due to the high volume of shipments at the Custom during the holiday season. If you orders were placed 20 days before the holiday, there is a 90%+ chance you could receive the package in time. Thank you.

Return policy

Please kindly read the following return policies carefully before you unpack the product(s).

Due to health regulation, product must be returned in unused condition. BlackTemptation will NOT accept any washed or damaged returned products. All return items must be in resalable condition including original packaging, ribbon and cardboard. There will be a 10% charge of your product price for re-stocking if any accessory is missing.

Please email with your order information and reason for return. The Customer Service will provide Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions to you within 24 hours except holidays. The distribution center will not accept any returned package without RAN.
