Shipping policy
We ship Worldwide. APO shipping. Email for quote for your country.
Your package will be shipped within three business days. Most times the next day, but there are circumstances such as weather delays or other unforeseen events.
Please email if you want expedited shipping, i.e., Overnight Priority especially if near a holiday to ensure your product is delivered on time.
We ship USPS, UPS, FDX, and DHL.
Return policy
Food items are non-returnable.
All other items, please notify via email of any potential return within three days of receipt and we’ll issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) with instructions on how to proceed.
Customer mistake, ordered incorrectly, buyer’s remorse, etc., subject to a 25% restocking fee and pays return shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be honored.
Our mistake (wrong product, error in description, etc.,) return shipping is paid by Annapplebonanza. Refunds and credits will be made with method of payment purchased.
