*Note : Due to the softness of the case and the suction snug fit of the case, it conforms your Airpod, Airpod Pro Unit perfectly.  However, removing the unit from the case can be difficult at times because of the suction.  We therefore recommend that customers can apply a thin layer of skin mosturiser on to the interrior of the case prior to fitting it on to your Airpod unit.  This will act as a lubricant to reduce the suction and one can then fit or remove effortlessly.

Return policy

Replacement product available within 30 days from receipt of your order!

All purchased items are fully refundable (less initial Postage Costs) within 30 days from the purchased date if the customer no longer requires the product, providing the item is unused, undamaged and unopened. Postage consumed by delivering your product to you from your initial purchase are non-refundable. Customers will be partially refunded upon our receipt of the original item/package.

If the product is damaged on arrival or if the item have been “Lost in Transit” during delivery, whereby the customer does not receive their purchases within a 28 days window from the date of the completed payment transaction, you can contact us by e-mail and we will be more than happy to send off a replacement to you on the following working day. We will bear the cost of the Postage again to send a replacement. If however the product is irreplaceable due to Out-of-Stock or manufacturer no longer produces the item, we will offer a full refund for your purchase excluding the consumed postage. (*Apart from Pandemic Situations).

In any case, we will definitely inform you of the circumstances and offer our customer an option to either obtain a replacement, a refund or selecting an alternative product of similar costs.
