I’ve done everything it says to do and there is no BUY IT NOW under payment and purchase, nor is there a bubble to chat with anyone on the bottom of any page. I’ve been very disappointed in Bonanza, it’s more talk then action. Nothing like eBay, they say they are easier then eBay, I sure don’t see that either. Please someone help me…
For sports wear check out Countryboys Sports Shop, thanks

As abigdogmom says, everything is Buy It Now, however, you can also take best offer (OBO) which is dependent upon what you checked, or didn’t check when you listed the item. Most of those who sell on Bonanza are here because it ISN’T like eBay. If you want an eBay experience, Bonanza isn’t where you will find it…thankfully. You have to work your booth through social media, etc. It’s an investment and returns relationship. It’s your business, not Bonanza’s. There is a lot of good info to help you [URL removed] https://www.bonanza.com/site_help/knowledge_base?question_stack[]=selling&question_stack[]=2&question_stack[]=20&

It’s when you are used to being on one site as in wondering about the buy it now button, Toptygr, where going to another site seems somewhat foreign because the other site had come to make perfect sense.
You should have seen my first day on Etsy when I could not figure out where the area was to check for new or used when listing. I went into the Etsy forums and asked the question on how to select new or used. Most people were like…what’s she talking about lol, until one person knew what I meant. So with them, too, they were also only used to Etsy (one site). Etsy simply just does not provide a way to check whether new or used because in their eyes they are a vintage and handmade site….even though in my eyes things that are vintage can be new. But I just went with the flow and now I am used to it.
You’ll get the hang of it…hang in there.

It looks like you’ve successfully added realtime chat to your profile page. All your listings are in essence buy-it-now… you just have to add it to a cart and check out. No different than any other online store.
What are you doing to market your Bonanza listings? At the very least I’d recommend selecting the 9% advertising level so you can have your items sent off through Google Advertising. Fees will still be way lower than selling on eBay. We’ve been very pleased with the quantity of sales we have been receiving on Bonanza. And, if you have specific questions, the community members on this forum are very helpful (as are the Bonanza employees that monitor these forums). Best of luck!

If you look right under your header, there’s a chat box. Right under the name of your store (left side of header) it says, “Real time chat box”. Sometimes you have to click a link on the right side of it that says “Show”. That will open up your chat box and you can post a greeting or chat in real time with someone.
Bonanza is different, and may not have the built in sales like eBay does, but it’s a great marketplace and the active sellers are great people. Stick around a while and see how it goes! :))

Nothing like Ebay— that’s the point, we don’t want it to be like ebay

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
