Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Most purchases are shipped with 24 Business Hours.

We ships all packages via USPS First class.

Please contact us for upgrade to Priority mail.

Items with “free shipping” are only shipped free to the United States.

Shipment errors due to a bad address entered by the buyer and will not be credited for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier.

Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

International:

-Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.

- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

PLEASE MESSAGE US FOR A RMA # BEFORE SHIPPING BACK ANY RETURNS. PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RMA # WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

If you receive an item damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days.
please attach a picture of the damage or defect and we will issue you a return shipping label and send out a replacement.

For all other issues: For the first 14 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all packaging materials.

The manufacturer’s labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton/mailer.

Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is not reimbursable.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return and tell us whether you would like the item to be replaced, exchanged, or refunded.

Returns can take up to 5 days in-house from the date we receive it to process.

When returning an item, please make sure you use a shipper which provides you with a tracking number.
