Welcome to O by Olivia!
Using semi-precious stones, beads and metals, I create unique and expressive designs that clients appreciate. All jewelry is original and handcrafted by me, Olivia. All components are authentic precious and semi-precious stones, crystals, Freshwater Pearls, Sterling Silver and 14K gold fill. I hand-pick each component, allowing the array of colors, textures, shapes and sizes to inspire my designs. Influenced by trends, but not dominated by them, ultimately enables me to create tasteful, distinctive, and timeless pieces.
Each piece is one-of-a-kind, just like the people who wear them. People that wear one of my pieces in turn are expressing themselves through it. It’s a chance to wear an original piece of art on your neck, wrist and ears!
With each item I list, you will also read about the stones used in the piece – their origins and healing powers. This information can come packaged with the jewelry so you have it to keep, just convo me to request it!
Shipping policy
Orders are shipped within 3 days if in-stock or ordered as-is, and within 10 days if custom ordered. Each item is boxed in a glossy white gift box and packaged securely.
Domestic orders are shipped United States Postal Service – First-Class Mail (3 to 7 day delivery) at $3.00 unless you specify otherwise.
International orders are shipped United States Postal Service – First-Class Mail International (10 to 15 day delivery) at $7.00 unless you specify otherwise.
Shipping is free when you purchase a gift certificate only.
If Expedited or Next-Day delivery is desired, you may contact me and I will let you know the cost of the additional postage. Upgrading to Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) is a flat additional $4.00
Seller will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced goods. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser unless insurance is requested and paid for by the purchaser, in which case responsibility will be that of the carrier and not of the seller. Please contact me for insurance prices for your order.
The NY tax rate of 8.375% will be charged on all orders shipping to a NY address.
Return policy
Replacement product available within 30 days30-Day Exchange: All Exchanges can be done within your first 30 days of ownership (for equal value merchandise and excluding S&H). I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
60-Day Reasonable Repair: Repairs are rarely needed, but nothing is perfect, so if need be, reasonable repairs will be done for FREE within your first 60 days of ownership. Reasonable Repairs are repairs that need to be made as a result of flaws in the workmanship or assembly. Most cause for reasonable repairs will occur within the first 2 weeks of use, however the owner has a 60-day grace period for free repair. Repairs needed as a result of owner’s negligence will not be done for free. Please email me with a description of the problem and I will give you a cost estimate for repair. Please bear in mind that this is an estimate and actual cost may be slightly more or less than originally quoted.
For all Exchanges / Repairs, please send item(s) in original box, packaged, and the reason for exchange/repair and contact me for mailing information. Please also send $2.50 for S&H ($5 for international orders), and an indication of what you would like in exchange.

I love custom orders! It is so difficult sometimes to know exactly how to fit another person’s taste, and I know how difficult it can be to shop for “just the right necklaceâ€.
Whether it’s your favorite shirt, or a dress you’re wearing to a wedding, accessorizing is a must. We can work together to make a piece that will enhance everything you have on and make you feel confident and beautiful.
If you see a style you like, but want it another color, we can work together to make it happen. Some necklaces, bracelets, or earrings are not part of a set, but you may custom order the piece(s) you’d like to match.
Length can also be specified, along with a variety of other options. If you can think of it, I’m sure I can do it. Just contact me before you place the order to see if it can be done, or to offer suggestions or requests for a new design.
