Shipping policy
Beware of plant quarantine in your country. Seller will not be responsible for confiscated items on the border. Bid responsible. Due to shipping and heat concerns this auction is as is and non refundable/no returns.
Citrus plants can not be shipped to citrus producing states such as California, Florida. Check your local laws for entry citrus plants. I can not be responsible for confiscated items on your state border.
Return policy
Replacement product available for DOAsIf you have problems with received plant upon receiving it – please contact me with at least 3 clear pictures of the plant showing the problem. I am sure we can resolve it if something went wrong during the trip. Don’t send me pictures of it 7-10 days after receiving it. As we can not control your watering methods and conditions you keeping the plant in – we can not replace it if you did not reported problem right away. Please understand that plants are live organisms and they need to be nourished and taken care of. Do not use potting soils with time released fertilizers in them (like Miracle potting soil),as most of them are expired and will burn roots after transplanting into that soil.
