Return policy

Full refund available for DOAs

All sales are final, no returns will be accepted based on buyer remorse or compatibility issues. That being said, we are committed to selling quality merchandise.

NO-DOA (Not Dead on Arrival): These items are tested before shipping and are warranted to be in working condition unless noted otherwise.
Buyer has a week (7 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems. Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item for an RMA#. Item MUST be packed in original shipping materials or similar for safe return. If item is found to be faulty, a replacement will be shipped or a full refund will be issued. If the item is found to be as described, we will refund the buyer less 10% restocking fee, actual original shipping costs, and return shipping costs. If the item has been damaged in shipping, buyer should contact us via email to file a UPS damage claim. PLEASE DO NOT file a return for transit damaged items. Buyer’s lack of knowledge or software, drivers, or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue. We do not accept returns for compatibility issues, so please check compatibility prior to purchase.

AS-IS Items: These items may be vintage, collectible, or specialty items that we do not have the technical capability to test or repair. These items are sold as described and/or pictured and returns will NOT be accepted.
