Shipping policy

We test and examine all items for sale before we ship. If an item is received damaged then a claim will be ordered thru the shipping company. If an item has been tampered with, parts removed or dismantled in any way then there will be no refund. .
The item includes only items and accessories shown in the photographs or explicitly stated in the listing. Notice, descriptions may contain manufacturer specifications that do not pertain to the units being sold
The sale of items MAY be subject to strict regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not bid on this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to FDA regulation, I will verify your status as an authorized purchaser of this item before shipping of the item. We do our best to ensure a safe, prompt and secure delivery of your purchased item. However, a small percentage of items get lost, damaged, or otherwise altered during the shipping process and we strongly recommend purchasing the available insurance. Especially for items valued over $100 as most shippers liability will only cover up to that amount.

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

and we know that speed of service is important to you. Orders will ship within 5 days of confirmation of your payment. Most often, your order is shipped next-day if the payment is received before 2:00 PM EST. If you require expedited shipping, we will be happy to make special arrangements with you. We ship directly to your standard U.S. mailing address as we are unable to accommodate PO boxes.

International Notice:
We also accommodate international orders to some countries. Additional fees will apply to international orders to cover shipping, handling & insurance. International buyers will be responsible for these additional costs and your country’s customs clearance. Arrangements will be made via email following the close of the auction. We ship international orders via USPS International. Sorry, tracking ID is not available.
