RETURN POLICY: Buyer must notify me BEFORE returning an item. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. Buyers Remorse is really not a valid reason to return an item. Please read the listing description carefully before purchasing. The item must be returned in condition it was sent in. you may return your jewelry ONLY in new, unworn and undamaged condition for refund of item’s purchase price. IF TAG IS REMOVED FROM ITEM – IT CANNOT BE RETURNED If an item is re-sized, or altered in any way, you cannot return it. Exchanges are also available during this period and follow the same policy. Please contact me PRIOR to returning any item. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of original delivery date and sent back Via PRIORITY MAIL INSURED ONLY any other method used will not be accepted. S&H and insurance are not refundable. If items are returned after the 14-day return policy, buyer will be issued a store credit for their full purchase price.
