Don’t worry about that online shipping quote!! Your order will arrive much faster than that! All orders are shipped the same business day if the order is received by 4:30 PM EST. Business days are Monday through Saturday. We only ship using First Class Mail, this method usually gets delivered within 2-3 business days, and only occasionally with take 4-5 days during weather events, or to very remote addresses. Your order will arrive in a gift box packed inside a protective bubble mailer, which will be delivered with your letter mail right to your mailbox. We ship out of North Carolina, (20 minutes North of Charlotte), in the zipcode of 28037. If you have any shipping concerns, please contact us for the exact date of delivery for your address. How do you know your Sterling Silver jewelry is “REAL” ?
At jewelry Trends, we only source our Sterling Silver jewelry from trusted sources we have been buying from for decades. Additionally, periodic acid testing is done to ensure the purity of the silver we are receiving. If you use a magnifying glass, take a look at what they call the “hallmark” stamp usually located on the back of a pendant, or on the oval ring attached to a chain. You will see that there is a stamped number “.925”. This hallmark insures that you are receiving a genuine piece of fine jewelry that is made from Genuine Sterling Silver! Keep in mind that Sterling SIlver jewelry that has no extra plating metals that will interfere with the properties of the pure Sterling Silver, is highly important to our discerning customers. When you purchase fine Sterling Silver that is is not plated, you have to take care of the jewelry and not expose it to any harsh chemicals including chlorine (pools and some hard city water), or clean it with any commercially sold acid base cleaners or rubbing alcohol. Alcohol base cleaners, oils, lotions, colognes, aftershaves, etc… will “turn”, or tarnish your item. When people complain about their silver turning black it is because they exposed it to alcohol bases, or if they complain about silver turning green, that is because they exposed it to acid bases. Green or blue tarnish can be a natural process of oxidation (very often from the perspiration of our natural body oils PH levels), so you can clean that tarnish off easily using a specially designed cleaning cloth made for Sterling Silver, or use a foam / paste cleaner also designed especially for cleaning silver. Household cleaning supplies, or general chemicals should always be avoided, and not used to clean your jewelry. Never put your jewelry in the dish washer! Please store your jewelry in a zip top bag when you are not wearing it, and follow proper cleaning instructions using a cleaner or cloth for silver to keep the sheen, color and luster of you Sterling Silver jewelry in great shape so it can last you a lifetime!
