Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for details- To return merchandise you purchased from us for a full or partial refund:
a) The merchandise to be returned must be new (not damaged, opened, and used) in the original box, and it has to be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. If the merchandise is damaged in transit while returning, your refund will not be granted.
b) A buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returning merchandise.
c) Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a refund after deducting A 20% RESTOCKING FEE and shipping cost.
- Damaged Merchandise Received ?
a) For the damaged merchandise, you have to report it within 72 hours of receipt to receive a refund.

HBGP Merchandise carries a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty on the lamps.
All disputes with HBGP Merchandise arising in any way from this warranty or sale
shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, and not by a court or jury.
You may opt out of this dispute resolution procedure by providing notice
to HBGP Merchandise no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the first consumer purchaser’s
purchase of the product. To opt out, you must send notice by email through Amazon,
with the subject line: “Arbitration Opt Out.”
You must include in the opt out e-mail
(a) your name and address.
(b) the date on which the product was purchased.
