Shipping policy

1) Shipping cost: Click “Shippingand payment” tab on the product detail page, and you will see the deliverydetails. You can calculate shipping cost by inputting the required information.
2) Your order will be processed in 1-7 days after your payment.Except for customized products.
3) Time in transit: Transittime varies with different shipping methods.
China post air mail/ePacket/CNE economy International shipping will take about 10-35 days to arrive;
DHL/UPS Standard International shipping will take about 5-15 days to arrive. If the order is during the weekends, it will take 1-2 days longer. (Holidays excluded)

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Thank you very much for your orders.

1. We only accept refunds for standard size. You need to ensure that the goods are unused, unstained and unbroken status. Besides, you will have to bear the shipping cost for sending the goods back to our warehouse.

2. Due to the special size of customized , we do NOT accept return of customized.

3. Returns and exchanges shall be made within 7 natural days after the package delivered.

4. We provide full refund or replacement of defective/wrong products (damage caused by customers is not included in this category). And we will bear the re-shipping cost.

5. If you want to return or exchange the item due to your mistake, you need to bear the return and re-ship shipping cost.

6. About cancellations: we accept full refund and cancellations within 1 working days for standard size.
For custom-sized tailor-made orders: After we receive your order, our tailors will carefully compare the measurements you gave and start cutting the fabric and making it. Therefore, we will not accept cancellation of your order 2 days after your order has been placed.
