Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

Affordable, quality, decorative ceiling tiles for easy DIY glue up (even over popcorn ceilings; no popcorn removal necessary) or drop in installation (grid, drop, suspended)and backsplash / wallcovering rolls great for kitchens and bathrooms.

Shipping policy

All ceiling tile and backsplash / wallcovering items will ship within 5 business days after receipt of purchase. All glassless / un or non-breakable / shatterproof mirrors are custom made on a per order basis and will ship within 14 business days after receipt of payment. All home decorative accents such as figurines, candleholders, etc. (not ceiling tiles, backsplash, wallcoverings or glassless mirrors) will ship within 5 businss days.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Returns / exchanges will be accepted on ceiling tile and backsplash / wall covering rolls when Deborah Designs is contacted within 14 days after buyer has received item. Refund will be issued via PayPal. Return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility except in cases of product exchange or receipt of damaged item(s). Only undamaged and unaltered returned items will be eligible for a refund.

Returns and exchanges of home decorative accent items such as figurines, candleholders, etc. (not ceiling tiles, backsplash, wallcoverings or glassless mirrors) requires an authorization by Deborah Designs. These items must be returned in their original, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged packaging to be elgible for a refund. Returns, exchanges and refunds of home decorative accent items must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Returns of undamaged home decorative items will incur a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. If return is authorized and accepted, refund will be issued via PayPal.

No returns / exchages will be accepted on any glassless / un or non-breakable / shatterproof mirrors as these items are custom made on a per order basis.

All returns, exchanges and/or refunds on any and all items must be authorized by Deborah Designs. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
