Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

After receiving the item, kindly contact us within 14 days and return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

We stand fully behind our products. If our product does not meet your 100% satisfaction, we will provide you an exchange, credit, or no-hassle money back refund on the value of the merchandise (not including the shipping cost that had already been incurred) if the returned product is:

1) Purchased within 14 days
2) Returned in its original packaging in a clean and saleable condition
3) Accompanied by a copy of an email Return Authorization from us (simply ask for it)

If package is returned to us because seller had provided a wrong or undeliverable address, postage will be for the account of the buyer.
