Little Story to Share About Arts of Brass Store

Thank you for visiting our Bonanza store. I have been working in the art and home decor industry for 7 years and have witnessed the beauty that brass brings to decorative items used in daily life. This inspired me to start my own business in an online store. It’s truly rewarding to see the products I sell installed in your homes. If you purchase something from me, please feel free to send pictures because I would be delighted to see how my products enhance the beauty of your home.

Allow me to share a bit about our store’s background. In November 2011, we began our business by selling locally and to foreign tourists. Some of these tourists later placed orders via email when they returned home, requesting that we send our items to their countries. This experience motivated us to expand our sales through online platforms to reach more buyers.

We also want to shed light on the types of goods we sell. In 1996, we revisited our hometown and discovered a large brass factory and warehouse where some of our grandfather’s relics were stored. Although these items were no longer in production, the warehouse contained many unsold products. We carefully selected items that we deemed worthy of being sold again.

While many items couldn’t be sold due to age and damage from fungi, some were still in good condition after cleaning. We prefer to sell cleaned goods because we believe they deserve to find new homes. There are still many items we haven’t found or evaluated for sale, as we need to check and ensure their quality before listing them.

On March 26, 2013, we launched a new online store, this time on Bonanza. We hope to achieve success here as we have on other online platforms.

Shipping costs are flat-rate worldwide. Default shipping uses Economy shipping carrier. If you require expedited shipping, you can request EMS shipping service. Please contact us for EMS shipping options. Economy Shipping may take approximately one month for delivery. Standard Shipping takes two to four weeks and is sent via EMS service with a tracking code provided. Please note that international shipping involves complex procedures, including customs clearance and transit stations, which may result in longer delivery times. Items are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We operate from Monday to Saturday. Please note that post offices are closed on Sundays and national holidays.

Return policy

Partial refund available within 30 days

- In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-sale able condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are not refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
