Shipping policy
We use either USPS or UPS for shipping. Orders received before 12 pm PST are typically shipped the same day. You are responsible for provide an accurate ship to address. If the package cannot be delivered due to error in address provided you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysFull refund will be provided for returns made within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Returned items must include all original packaging, instructions, etc. and be received in new / unused
and unopened condition. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the return unless the product is found to be defective. If the product is returned opened, used, packaging and/or parts missing, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
For brain teaser puzzle products that use locking codes, items must be returned with initial factory default code set. Any “locked out” puzzles returned, where initial code has been reset, are not eligible for return and no refund will be given.
