hello my self ashik jain founder of tarun enterprises. I completed my designing in 2015 from JPDC India. Jewellery designing has been a passion for me since childhood and i persue my passion and convert it into a business by selling my jeweller to local customer after few months one of my friend told me about one of the best online platforms (Bonanza) and recommended me to introduce my designs and jewellery to the international market to provide best quality jewellery with handmade finished to all the customer across the globe.

How I work

1) The first process of any jewellery to be crafted into a beautiful finished piece is its design. first i choose a gem stone on which i will make a design for making (ring earring pendent necklace bracelet cufflinks bangle) after that i choose a theme to make a design for that stone on a paper by using 0.3mm pencil.

2) After making the few design for that particular stone i came with the conclusion of gemstone price so i choose that design which fit on my target material weight(gold and silver) which decide the approx value of that particular product.

3) After finalising the design i start melting the metal in which i will craft my design weather in gold or silver then i make thin or thick wire’s out of those melted metal and cut some piece according to the design which has been finalised to craft a beautiful jewellery.

4) After collecting all material and stone with use of saw frame, pliers, solder, wire, flush cutter, wire cutte, drill, twezer, bench brush, bunch vice, bench, hammers, punching, glue and few more as per needed. I will convert the paper design into a live piece of jewelry.

5) After completing the design into a piece of jewelry with the help of different filer and sand paper i start rubbing the jewelry to remove its all scratches and the extra material and with the use of pre-polishing. Now the jewelry is set to craft a gemstone on it.

6) Now its time to set the stone on the semi finished jewelry, Some of the perticular (invisible setting,pave setting) jewelry setting i take a help for a specialist goldsmith as i am still weak on these particular setting and i am still working on these setting rest i do it by my own. After the setting of gemstone in the model of the jewelry its time for its final finishing.

7) After the setting has been done with the use of polishing tools i remove the micro scratches which can been seen by naked eye’s or a magnifying glasses. Once the polishing is done the finest part of the jewellery come out. Once this is done the product will go with 2 steps which is the major part of the finished product 1) Quality check (QC) 2) GOVT. Authorised Hallmarking.

Once the jewellry is completed for the sale now its time for its photoshoot and video shoot so that people can get to know what product the are buying.

#. All of my jewellery picture are clicked in natural sunlight so the buyer can get to know about the actual colour of the Gemstone and the finishing of the product ( This also help us to get actual feedback from buyer’s that the product the have purchased is as same as its look in the picture)
