Our team has deep passion on design and our printing procedure is a closed process, it means we take final examination of every product very deeply in order to give customers best quality products. Refund and Returns:

How Can I Request a Reprint OR Refund?

If there are any errors with our products which mean from our site, we will happily resolve it for you; therefore, if you found any problems such as wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches or fading. A replacement or fixing will be occurred and bore by us.

If you require a reprint or refund, please provide us a clear description of the problem and try to give as many details as you could, because the more detail you give us the better solution we will provide. Please contact us through our shop on Bonanza, and we will be happy to assist you
Return Procedures: Please provide us photos of the damaged product through our Bonanza store. The photos will be reviewed within 24 hours and if found any defects by us, we will issue you the Return Authorization number in which customers can return products.

Returns Window: Customer can return within 30 days from receipt of order.

Refund Method: The refund shall be issued on their card or PayPal from which order was paid for and is generally done within 7 business days.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are paid by us.
