Return policy
Partial refund available within 30 daysQualified products purchased through Solar Steals can be returned within 30 days of original purchase or 14 days of delivery, whichever is greater. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) submitted through our website. To be considered for return, please ensure the following:
The product is in the original, unmodified condition purchased.
New products must be returned with original, unopened packaging.
Clearance, “final sale”, as-is products, and gift cards aren’t eligible for return. Returns take at least two weeks to process. In the event a returned product is determined by Solar Steals to not be defective in workmanship or materials (i.e. there is “no trouble found”), Solar Steals will apply a 30% restocking fee. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
IMPORTANT: if you receive a product that appears damaged from shipping, take photographs of the entire package while the delivery vehicle is on-site. Insurance claims for damaged products cannot be authorized or processed without this!
