Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysWe gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt. No returns on installed items accepted. Buyers is responsible for return shipping charges. Please email for an RMA with return instructions.
Please package the item adequately to prevent damage in transit, and make sure all packaging, accessories and instructions are included. Do not place shipping labels on drain and faucet boxes. Make sure these items are boxed in an outer box so that the original product boxes are not damaged.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Please keep the shipping receipt and email us with the tracking number.
