Shipping policy
~We are always working hard to ensure your package arrives to you as soon as possible.
~Please understand that some factors like weather, high postal traffic, and the performance of shipping companies are outside of our control.
~Please check your tracking number provided to you to know where your package is located at during delivery. We do not control the time or delays the shippers has on your package. It is out of our control.
~We ship within 1-2 business days of payment, usually sooner.
~If you purchase an item on Saturday, We will then ship your item out on Monday. Our mailman does not pickup packages on Sunday.
~Please note if a holiday comes up, we will try to ship it out as soon as possible given if the mailman pickup the order that holiday day. If not, it will be shipped out the next day after the holiday day.
~None of our orders are shipped outside of this system, and all shipments must be delivered to a physical address that is deliverable by ALL carriers, UPS, FedEx, USPS.
~Please provide a physical address.
~We recycle packing materials (bubble wrap, packing paper, etc).
~Return Shipping is paid by the buyer (You). NOT the seller (Mr.TopHatMan).
