Most items ship USPS. Shipping varies from item to item. The item page should reflect whether it is free or charged shipping. I usually ship by the next day but sometimes may take up to 3 business days.

None: All purchases finalI typically do not accept returns for no legitimate reason, If there is a problem with the item please contact me and I will go on a case by case exception. Used and digital products are as is and no refund. If return is accepted it will be at buyers expense unless otherwise agreed upon.
